When will I receive my order?
US orders ship with USPS First Class Mail with a delivery time of 5-10 business days. All international orders ship via local postage services used within your country and have an expected delivery time of 10-15 business days or less (delivery time may vary based on destination.).

When will ______ be restocked?

Follow us on Instagram (@manduplush) or TikTok (@manduplush) for immediate updates whenever we have new plushies and restocks. We restock on a regular basis based on interest. When a new plushies goes up, it can sell out quickly; so the sooner you know about the sales, the better!.

When will new products be up for sale in your shop?
We are constantly redesigning and brainstorming new products so follow us on instagram @manduplush to be the first to know when we post new product ideas and samples!


Do you accept plushie commissions?
Thank you for your interest in our plushies! Unfortunately, We don't take any custom orders (yet). However, we do plan on making many more plushies of different anime/kpop characters in the future. So have hope and check back often!

The order I received is incorrect.
We're sorry to hear that! We miss the mark sometimes, and when we do, we want to make it right as soon as possible. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will get it fixed for you right away!

My package has been lost. What should I do?
We want you to know that your order was shipped and is on the way! The tracking number is always included in the shipping confirmation email, but if you can't find it, let us know. If your order has been marked as delivered but you haven't received it yet, don't worry! For reasons beyond our control, USPS sometimes sometimes misplaces packages within their distribution center or sometimes gets confused about which house is which along your street. Make sure to double check the address on your order since we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS to file a claim for lost packages.Please contact the USPS customer support helpline. Do you accept returns or refunds?
If you have any questions about an item or your order, please contact us. We do accept returns or refunds if the merchandise is damaged or defective, otherwise all sales are considered final. Should you have any questions, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

When will my order arrive?
We ship items as soon as possible, as they become available. placing an order, you should receive an email confirming your order shortly after completing your transaction. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us. Tracking information will be emailed once the order's shipping information is generated. If you have any questions about the delivery of a specific item please contact us!


I accidentally put the wrong address!
 If you purchased something from us and need to change the shipping address, no problem! Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address. If the order has not shipped yet, we can change the address for you without a problem. If the order is already on its way, please contact USPS with your tracking number to see if they can redirect it for you.

The tracking says my package has been delivered, but I still haven't received my package!
If the tracking note says that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, be sure to contact your local post office. Similarly, if the package is returned to me with an incorrect address, you’ll need to pay for reshipping costs.
